Since 1996, Fjord en Kayak has built a solid reputation on personalized service, pedagogy of their guides, warm welcome, guest safety, superior quality of fiberglass kayaks, gastronomical quality of food.
Fjord en Kayak is the only kayaking firm that provides guests with the flexibility to set their own departures date.
We offer 50 expeditions kayak/camping every summer. Fjord en Kayak accept your resume starting in fall every year. The selection of canditates starts in January and finish in April. After this period, contact us to inform yourself about our employee selection. We are 10 sea kayak guides and 4 guest service attendants to work between the end of May to mid-October.

- WAGES ARE $10,50/h. FOR 1ST SEASON GUIDE WITH NO EXPERIENCE. GUIDES THAT WILL BE IN CHARGE FOR LONG EXCURSIONS START AT $11,50/h. (depending on you expérience, wage are negociable up to $15/h.)
- LIFE IS TREMENDOUS AT L'ANSE-SAINT-JEAN .
- 3 DAYS TRAINING WITH ALL THE STAFF IS PROVIDED EVERY SEASON. DEPENDING ON YOUR EXPERIENCE AND YOUR INSTRUCTION YOU MAY HAVE UP TO 60 HOURS MORE TRAINING WITH SENIOR GUIDES OF THE COMPANY.
